REVLIMID is a prescription medicine used to treat people with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) when the disease comes back or becomes worse after treatment with two prior medicines, one of which included bortezomib. MCL is a cancer of a type of white blood cell called lymphocytes that are in the lymph nodes.
REVLIMID should not be used to treat people who have chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) unless they are participants in a controlled clinical trial. It is not known if REVLIMID is safe and effective in children.
Before taking REVLIMID, you must be enrolled in the Lenalidomide REMS program. Take REVLIMID exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

TIPS FOR TAKING REVLIMID
Take REVLIMID exactly as prescribed, and follow all the instructions of the Lenalidomide REMS program
Try to take your medication at the same time every day. Memory aids, such as an alarm on your computer or cell phone, or a sticky note on your bathroom mirror or refrigerator door, could be useful.
Take REVLIMID exactly as prescribed and follow all the instructions of the Lenalidomide REMS program.
Do not open, break, or chew your capsules.
If you miss a dose of REVLIMID, and it has been less than 12 hours since your regular time, take it as soon as you remember. If it has been more than 12 hours, just skip your missed dose. Do not take 2 doses at the same time.
Use a pillbox to keep your medicine organized and help you remember what to take and when.
Use a calendar, planner, or notebook to keep track of your medicine, doctor’s appointments, and other information.
Keep a list of all your healthcare providers’ contact information in one place.
Keep a list of all other medications that you are taking and their doses; share this list with your doctor.
